Q: What are Lumens?
A: Lumens (denoted by lm) are a measure of the total amount of visible light (to the human eye) from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating the 'brighter' the lamp will appear.

Q: Why are LEDs more efficient?
A: LEDs are incredibly energy efficient because they generate almost no heat. This allows all the electrical energy to be used to generate light. Therefore extending the life of a battery.

Q: How long is the warranty on products?
A: Products are covered by 1 year’s warranty, subject to terms and conditions.

Q: Can you use rechargeable batteries in alkaline torches?
A: Alkaline torches will function with rechargeable batteries, but we do advise against this. The lamp life is cut drastically by doing so. Also, this will void the lights safety approvals.

Q: Where can I purchase replacement parts?
A: We sell most spares online, if you require something that isn't listed we may be able to supply the part. You can enquire at: sales@nightsearcher.co.uk
