REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

 

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • All* of our products have a 3-year standard warranty that can be extended to 5 years free of charge. Please see our Warranty-page for further information

 

 

Q: What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?


A: All of our products undergo vigorous checks before they are dispatched. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/faulty item(s), please contact us at sales@nightsearcher.co.uk.

If the package and/or the contents appear to be damaged upon receipt, please ensure that you open and check the contents with the driver present. We will then arrange a replacement or refund subject to terms and conditions (View our Warranty Policy).

 

 

Q: How can I send a product in for repair?


A: Please fill and submit our Product Repair and Warranty Claim Form. We will contact you regarding the return and repair of your product. 

 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
  • If you're returning a faulty product, we will either refund the shipping for you, or arrange for collection.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of refund for a faulty product.
  • When shipping items back to us, please use a carrier/post that can confirm delivery.
