NightSearcher Warranty


We offer a one year warranty on all our products, excluding bulbs and battery life. All products are provided with user manuals and instructions, which should be thoroughly read and abided to. Failure to do so will invalidate the products warranty.


All products and batteries are provided with user manuals and instructions, which should be thoroughly read and followed. Failure to do so, may affect the warranty. Rechargeable dry lead acid batteries, must be kept fully charged, and if stored, re-charged every 2months. Failure to do so will expire the battery and will not be covered under warranty. 


All of our products undergo vigorous checks before they are dispatched, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/faulty item(s), please email; returns@nightsearcher.co.uk. You will receive a refund or replacement that will be processed within14 days of emailing returns@nightsearcher.co.uk. This promise however, does not cover damages occurred in receiving the returned item(s).

NB Our warranty does not cover misuse including, but not limited to, neglect, sudden impacts, water damage or unauthorized self-repairs or via third parties or normal wear and tear. Non-compliance will invalidate the warranty.

NightSearcher, will endeavour to resolve issues with customers according to our terms and conditions and relevant UK and EU Law.
